Correct and rule-compliant behaviour has the highest priority for KÖRBER. Our corporate success is based on integrity and adherence to rules. In order for us to live up to this claim, it is important to learn of potential misconduct and to put a stop to it. Our internal whistleblower system therefore offers the possibility to report potential breaches of rules by employees - e.g. against laws or internal company guidelines or principles of conduct. The system is explicitly intended for reporting potential compliance violations and not for general concerns or complaints (e.g. customer satisfaction, quality problems). It goes without saying that all information and data are treated as strictly confidential.
It is helpful if you consider the five W-questions in your report: Who? What? When? How? Where?
We check every report and follow it up consistently. In doing so, we guarantee the greatest possible protection for whistleblowers, those affected and the employees involved in clarifying the information. We promise not to take any measures to identify anonymous whistleblowers who do not deliberately abuse our whistleblowing system. Discrimination against whistleblowers and all persons who contribute to promoting correct behaviour at KÖRBER will not be tolerated. The presumption of innocence applies to those affected until the violation has been proven. Investigations are conducted with the utmost confidentiality. The information is processed within the framework of a fair, fast and protected process.
