Your plant and machinery must be able to function absolutely reliably at all times, which is why we operate a comprehensive quality management regime that sets a benchmark. All production steps are documented – from product development, materials sourcing to product shipment. Our inspection procedures conform to the latest European and international standards as well as the acknowledged codes of practice.
Our certified quality assurance system is documented in accordance with EN ISO 9001 and monitors all manufacturing steps from primary-material delivery to finished-goods despatch. All products are permanently stamped with material specifications and the manufacturer’s mark. Marking with batch numbers ensures full traceability, even years later. In our own modern test laboratory facility, destructive and non-destructive test procedures are carried out in accordance with standards and other specifications.
All products can be delivered with EN 10204 certification, for example 2.2 works test report or 3.1 or 3.2 inspection test certification, dependent on the product and materials used. Furthermore, we are able to provide inspection test certificates issued by TÜV or 3.2 certificates issued by independent classification certification bodies.
We hold TÜV CERT accreditation in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. Plus material manufacturer accreditation in accordance with the pressure equipment guideline PED 2014/68/EU. Additionally, our factory is TÜV-recognised as a manufacturer in compliance with AD-instructions W0. Shipbuilding accreditation is granted through DNV as well as regular cooperation with BV and LRS. Acceptance through other classification bodies can always be provided at short notice.
Norms and standards define the requirements that you can expect from a specific product and, at the same time, facilitate understanding in industry and technology. For our products to work without a hitch in your application, we ensure a particularly high level of product quality and compliance with all relevant standards.
Standards form the basis for our products: we produce pipe fittings in line with the latest German DIN standards, European EN standards and American ANSI/ASME standards. European standard EN 10253, in particular, specifies the technical delivery conditions for fittings made of carbon steel (C steel) and stainless steels. Further standards for these product segments are DIN 28011 for dished vessel heads in the form of torispherical heads and DIN 28013 for elliptical heads. For decades, we have played a key part in developing the pertinent industrial standards in Germany and Europe. It is in this way that we contribute to safety, transparency and efficiency and incorporate the requirements of our customers into the technical development process.
